Marmarole Runde

The Marmarole Runde is one of the most beautiful and wildest trekking in the Dolomites.

4 days of walking through the still unspoiled and secret Dolomites.

Participants will visit some of the wildest and most unspoiled places in the Dolomites, reaching for lunch and at the end of the day cozy and warm mountain huts where they can totally disconnect.

The organization guarantees reservations for lunches, dinners and overnight stays in the mountain huts along the way.

The package does not include accompaniment by a guide. The trail is well marked and a map will be provided to participants.

In case participants do not arrive at the booked shelter, the reservation will be lost and a refund cannot be requested.

Day 01 :
Day 1

Check-in and relax in Hotel or B&B.
Dinner at a restaurant or farmhouse where to enjoy local products.

Day 02 :

Marmarola Runde day 1.

Hiking time: 6 hours

Total elevation gain: 1000m+ ; 150m-

Reaching the first hut after 2 hours of walking. Lunch.

Reaching the second hut after 4 hours of walking. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 03 :
Day 3

Marmarola Runde day 2.

Hiking time: 3 hours

Total elevation gain: 150m+

Arrival at the hut after 3 hours of walking. Lunch. Relax. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 04 :
Day 4

Marmarola Runde day 3.

Hiking time: 6 hours

Total elevation gain: 1000m+ ; 1100m-

Reaching the first hut after 3 hours of walking. Lunch.

Reaching the second hut after 3 hours of walking. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 05 :
Day 5

Marmarola Runde day 4.

Hiking time: 4 hours

Total elevation gain: 550m+ ; 1250m-

Lunch box.

At the end of the descent there will be bicycles waiting for participants for the last 12km along the bike path back to the village.

Dinner at a restaurant or farmhouse where to enjoy local products.

  • Any transfer during the holiday. (In case the customer decides to arrive in Cadore by public transport, it is important to write to us to organize the transfers. There will be an extra cost)

Do you need to be trained to make this trekking?

Yes. It doesn’t have to be the first 6-hour walk you do.

Should one go fast to maintain the program?

Absolutely not. The program is designed precisely to allow even the most avid flower pickers to take their time.

What happens in case of rain?

Nothing. With good clothing, it is possible to continue the trekking so as not to lose the reservation for the overnight stay.
